Overall, our stay was pleasant, but we were quite frustrated with the parking system at the hotel. Upon arrival, we were instructed by the security staff to park in the basement, which was narrow and poorly lit. Unfortunately, one of our companions has claustrophobia, and the confined underground space made it very difficult. To make things worse, there was no elevator access from the basement level, so we had to carry our luggage up the ramp and stairs by ourselves. Had there been any assistance from staff, it wouldn’t have been a problem — but sadly, guests are left to manage everything on their own. During check-out, we faced another issue. Since we weren’t informed when entering that the parking ticket must be stamped at the front desk, the security guard refused to let us exit the premises. We explained that we had already checked out, but the guard insisted on the stamp or we would be charged. A more thoughtful solution would have been to kindly offer to check with the front desk on our behalf while we waited in the car — such service-mindedness would have left a much better impression. We sincerely recommend that the hotel consider re-training the security team in the following areas: 1. Informing guests clearly upon entry that the parking ticket must be validated at the front desk. 2. Offering guidance when parking in the basement, such as saying “The upper lot is full, but our staff will assist you downstairs,” and providing help with luggage. 3. Demonstrating basic service-minded behavior and willingness to assist — even small gestures make a difference. On the positive side, I would like to express my appreciation for the housekeeping staff. They were calm, kind, and very informative. When we first arrived, we were assigned a room at a T-junction, but the housekeeper kindly advised us that we could request a change — and the front desk staff arranged it smoothly. Thank you so much for that.

Is good
I like everything, the bathroom, the bed, the entire room but except for the TV I can't really enjoy it because it doesn't have smart TV, I can't watch youtube and Netflix.
But the TV makes me very sad because I can't watch YouTube and Netflix. It's really an important omission. I hope the next time I come here I can enjoy it more fully.
